CenturyLink is proud to be an approved internet provider for the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program. This new, temporary federal program was announced on May 12, 2021 as part of a COVID stimulus package. Eligible households can receive up to $50 per month (up to $75 per month for households on Tribal Lands) towards broadband service.

Step 1
Complete the USAC eligibility verification online.
National Verifier will determine whether you are eligible for the program benefits.
Important: When completing the National Verifier form (step 1), use the same information as for the primary holder of your CenturyLink account.
Step 2 — Current Customers
Chat with us to make sure your current CenturyLink account is eligible for the discount. If it's not, the agent will discuss options with you. Please do not proceed to step 3 until you've confirmed your account is eligible.
Step 2 — New Customers
Order internet service and then proceed to step 3. All new internet plans are eligible for the discount.
Step 3
Complete the CenturyLink form to have the discount applied to your account.
You can expect to see one or more emails from CenturyLink after you've submitted our form, including confirmation that we've received your application and notice of approval or next steps needed to get approved.
